Tired of searching for the right sized jelly jar or coffee can to lay out corner radii? Don’t like the look of uneven, ragged corners from your jig saw and belt sander routine? Just pick the radius or chamfer template you want, attach it to the base plate and you’re ready to rout a perfect corner…either hand-held or on your router table.

Woodpeckers focused on versatility and accuracy when they designed the Corner Jig. It has a perfectly flat top when assembled, which means you can use it with a hand-held router on large surfaces like a table top. Just follow the template with a top-bearing flush trim bit.  But what about smaller projects? No problem. Put a tip-bearing flush trim bit in your router table and hand-hold your workpiece and the Corner Jig. There’s a hand grip machined into the body to make it easy to keep the jig tight on the corner of your work. Either on the router table or with a hand-held router, you’ll machine a perfect corner every time.

The interchangeable templates come in both radius and chamfer styles, with radii from 1/8" to 1-1/2" in eighth inch increments and chamfers from 1/4" to 1-1/2" in quarter inch increments. When you’re designing a project, the templates make it easy to visualize the results…just align them on the corner of your work until you decide which size and style works best.

Woodpeckers Corner Jig starts with a hefty base milled from cast and ground aluminum plate…the same top-quality material they use in their router lifts and precision squares. The eighteen different templates are machined to exacting tolerances. Each one aligns perfectly on the base with three stainless steel screws. Indexing blocks on the bottom of the base align the jig to the corner of your workpiece. All the aluminum components are anodized for corrosion protection and to give them the distinctive “Woodpecker Red” appearance.

We’re offering the Woodpeckers Corner Jig in three different sets, Radius, Chamfer and Deluxe. All three sets include the Corner Jig Base and come in a protective case with a custom cut foam liner. The Radius Set includes all 12 radius templates. The Chamfer Set includes all 6 Chamfer Templates. Need them all? Get them all in the Deluxe Set which includes all 18 templates.
