Sometimes as we are sorting through our Black Walnut we happen across some unique and rare figure and are able to separate it from the regular stuff. We can't promise we will always have lots of this in stock - but you can be sure these boards have been selected for figure and curl.
In order to offer more protective packing for shipping - our lengths are often 1/4" less than sizes listed. Need a wider width or longer length? Please email us for a quote. Custom millwork charges will apply.
We will provide you with a 1/4" thick x 3" wide or 4-3/4" wide x 24" long, high quality thin board! These boards are flat, straight, and ready for sanding.

I had a hard time finding 1/4" solid wood in my area and I gave KJP a try. Will order all I need from KJP going forward. I am in BC and received my order within a week. The curly walnut looks fantastic. High quality products for sure!
The oak is perfect for me to make an attractive hi-end drawer organizer for my junk drawer.
Great hard dense wood for a variety of uses. Very happy with the quality from KJP. I assume they run this stuff through a drum sander or a wide belt because it is buttery smooth.
I'd tried a few other sources (online and craft stores) for a quality acrylic with decent protective covering that stays on when cutting with a CNC router. One was acceptable, the other was brittle and the protective film on it didn't stay intact when cutting.
KJP out of the blue brought this stuff out and so I bought a 12x24 sheet of the 1/8" thickness to give it a whirl. My machine cut it like butter - crisp lines and the protective covering stayed put. This is incredible material and we'll be ordering lots more in the coming weeks and months.
