I have ordered the craft 1/8" walnut plywood from KJP with great results, but this 'TruFlat' stuff is not real walnut. In any case, looks very different from the other laserable walnut mdf-veneered product I have from Trotec, as well as the other craft ply walnut from KJP- which is good for lasering, btw. Order a sample first. It is very flat tho, but lookswise its not what we were looking for... not going to get this again.
I like finish on it also cutting them were clean and easy. They also did not have any warp or bow to them
The first time I tried cutting this on a Glowforge pro, I used thick walnut plywood and four passes didn't cut through at all. The second time I used thick walnut plywood and changed the speed to 116. Cut like a charm on first pass! I used this setting for all of the newer oak and exotic craft woods 1/4 inch thick, and worked great!

I was very happy with the speed of the order. My order was delivered to my home within 4 days which in my mind was excellent. The wood came packaged neetly and in excellent condition. I love the ebony because it is very dark and is great for special projects that require an almost black color for definition. I use it for my layering project with my laser machine. Thus stuff is great. Cuts beautifully and lasers very nice. Haven't tried color fill yet. That's next on the list. Cleans up very easily. Already made a second order

Was expecting 48” long. Was 47 7/8” long. Asked why? They said all lumber is 1/8 to 1/4” shorter to fit in a 48” box. It was noted on their website that that’s what they did. I didn’t notice that or come across that info when I ordered. I had to order more material and order it longer. Amazing how it came in a longer box for the same shipping price.
Also too, was not rough cut lumber. Was planed on all four sides. Spent a lot of money learning that lesson.
Beautiful specimens of walnut but now it want to use it in several projects. Will need to order more.
This is my third order. Was pretty upset when 75% were warped.. usually only about 10% from past orders
Finally a place that sells smaller pieces of marine grade plywood!!!

Good quality wood but the sheets were warped pretty bad making it hard to use for any large projects.
