Carbide tipped spoilboard surfacing & rabbeting router bit great for cutting tight corners and surface planing.
Also suitable for router sled machines, Make sure that your router sled is fully stable and squared.
**Use lower CNC spindle RPM and adjusted feed-rate to prevent Melting and adhesion of the acrylic material to the tool.
Does a good job, but since I am working with a very hard wood, (acacia), i had to have it sharpened halfway through the job.
KJP rocked my order. They gave me a quote super fast to custom size a small piece of curly hard maple. I ordered the board and an Amana 1 1/8" bit for surfacing. The Amana bit works fast and cuts clean. The bit cost at KJP is very economical compared to other suppliers. My two piece order came very fast.
Nice Work KJP and thanks Peter.
Cheers

a very nice piece of wood . Cuts nice with slight tear outs. sands well and finishes very nice. will buy again.
straight and true. First time using Iroko. Outdoor mostly sheltered area. Not Teak but still quite pricey. KJP is a great company to deal with, like a candy store for wood
Not impressed with the shipment I received, the 12x12 was not 12x12, off an 1/8 to a 3/16 on both sides and the peices were very warped and not flat
