Edgebanding

Want to make the edges of your wood project look smooth and seamless? If so, you might be interested in the edgebanding at KJP Select Hardwoods.

This product serves two distinct functions: it protects the raw ends of wood from moisture or dirt and hides edges that look inconsistent with the rest of a piece. It’s particularly useful for projects with curved edges.

The types of edgebanding that we offer include:
- Red Oak
- Walnut
- Maple
- White Oak
- Cherry
- Birch & Birch Pre-finished

With edgebanding, you can match the edges of your project perfectly to its face. Each roll is pre-glued with a strong adhesive for your convenience. Simply ensure that the edges are smooth, apply heat, and you can attach it to the wood!

Dress up the edges of your next project by using edgebanding. This product is available in lengths of 50’ or 250’ and is 13/16” wide.

Great quality edgebanding

We were impressed with the thickness. The adhesive seems to work well. We applied the edgebanding with a household iron. Joints within the roll were hardly noticeable. Would definitely buy again.

Nicely matched with my plywood

I haven't edge banded in anger for many years and was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to apply on some 3/4 birch plywood carcasses I am building for cabinets in my workshop. Nice and thick compared to what I remember using in the past, the grain follows the length of the banding nicely and trimmed off nicely with my FastCap quad trimmer.

Easy to apply

Edge banding ironed on easily and the glue held well. It was a good match to the prefinished plywood from KJP. I recommend getting a edge banding trimming tool set; it will give better results and save time.
