We have generally had a good experience with this supplier and most wood species we receive are of acceptable quality. However, we would like to highlight a significant issue with the 1/16" Prima Vera sheets from our latest order.
The deformation was extreme and well beyond what would be considered acceptable for thin stock, making the material unusable for precision work. This issue was specific to the Prima Vera; other 1/16" species in the same shipment were relatively planar and met expectations.
We believe this feedback is important for quality control purposes and hope it can help improve handling, drying, or storage of this particular species. We remain open to continuing our business relationship, provided quality consistency is maintained.
