Ordering & Shipping Information
We will fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. For a limited time - ONLINE PARCEL orders exceeding $199 within Canada (before taxes) ship for free*. All other orders are charged according to Canada Post or carrier quotes provided.
*Free shipping is not available in NFLD, YK, NWT, or NU. Oversized and/or overweight (greater than 25lbs) may incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be added automatically at checkout.
**Free shipping is not available for Local Delivery (large or heavy items eg. Plywood, Lumber) requiring use of a local truck or similar third party shipper.
***Additional shipping charges apply if you are a resident from a remote location of Canada. In that case, one of our sales representatives will contact you to give you the shipping cost. We reserve the right to, with consent, apply shipping charges as we see fit. This promotion only applies to online orders. Orders with custom items, or orders with items not available with automatic shipping do not qualify to ship for free.
We do not assume responsibility of the package once it is picked up by our shipping partners. If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier directly.

US & International Orders:
Any customs and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are due upon receipt of an order.
Should you refuse an international shipment, KJP Select Hardwoods reserves the right to refund the amount of the order, less shipping, duties, brokerage and payment gateway fees associated with the order. Returned international orders are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.
All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars. Exchange rates and international order fees are assessed and applied by your financial institution.
Telephone orders are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping quotes can be obtained by calling our retail store.
We are able to accommodate orders, to be picked up in-store, that are placed online or by phone.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Please note, this does not include OneTIME tools as they are made to order items and are non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds on Festool or Shaper products. Router bits that have been used are not eligible for a refund. Returns after 30 days but less than 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.
Any products or wood purchased in-store are for store credit only. A credit note will be placed onto the account.
If you wish to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.
