Good service, wrong item

I loved the customer service and attention. Unfortunately the slides turned out to be wrong even though we worked hard together to get the correct ones. I just found out yesterday and emailed so I expect someone will follow up Mon or Tues and we can figure it out. I am confident we will find a solution.
