Our 12" x 24" Baltic Birch plywood is manufactured with a single piece face to ensure light and uniform colour. A few sound tight knots and pin holes are permitted. Open knots and defects are replaced with small oval or round veneer patches before gluing.
Did you know that all 1/8" and 1/4" Baltic Birch has the possibility of cupping/warping? This can happen because of the nature of it being thin and wide. Please see our "Working with 1/8" & 1/4" Tab for specifications and our Return policy.
Dimensions are +/- 1/4" of size listed.
Did you know that all 1/8" and 1/4" Baltic Birch has the possibility of cupping/warping? This can happen because of the nature of it being thin and wide. If and when that happens, this popular product for laser cutters can be accommodated by using simple techniques such as taping it down to a flat surface, or creating a jig that compresses it down flat. We always do our best to hand pick the highest quality pieces, but it’s important to be aware of this possibility when planning materials for your project.
If you require perfectly flat material for your project, we would recommend trying our TruFlat® Laser Plywood instead.

The milling was precise with great turnaround time, and the Baltic birch at 3/4 is very resistant to sagging for 4 foot shelfing.
I purchase all my MDF and Baltic Birch from this store for my laser. Great quality and quick shipping considering I live 10 hours away! Thanks for the wonderful service!
I needed this file quickly and they did a great job same day.
Excellent, easy to order and delivered on time. This plywood engraves and cuts very nice. I will be purchasing from KJP again in the near future.
Great purchase, wood smells and looks amazing. Wood purchase again in the future.
Having used typical shop vacs from both Shopvac and Ridgid I could not believe the difference in performance, efficiency, noise level, features and dust extraction capability of the Festool CT MIDI I. After attaching the MIDI to my Milwaukee track saw, I couldn’t see any dust anywhere which was quite a departure from what I have been accustomed to. Yes, the Festool is pricey however if you value your lungs and you insist on highest level of dust extraction capability, then it is worth every single penny spent to buy one.
