Baltic Birch plywood is manufactured with a single piece face to ensure light and uniform colour. A few sound tight knots and pin holes are permitted. Open knots and defects are replaced with small oval or round veneer patches before gluing.
Did you know that all 1/8" and 1/4" Baltic Birch has the possibility of cupping/warping? This can happen because of the nature of it being thin and wide. Please see our "Working with 1/8" & 1/4" Tab for specifications and our Return policy.

Did you know that all 1/8" and 1/4" Baltic Birch has the possibility of cupping/warping? This can happen because of the nature of it being thin and wide. If and when that happens, this popular product for laser cutters can be accommodated by using simple techniques such as taping it down to a flat surface, or creating a jig that compresses it down flat. We always do our best to hand pick the highest quality pieces, but it’s important to be aware of this possibility when planning materials for your project.
If you require perfectly flat material for your project, we would recommend trying our TruFlat® Laser Plywood instead.

Heavy warping and very rough cuts with 1/2” splinters up the side. Sawdust/chips all through the box.
First time my order was like this out of a dozen. Hoping it was my bad luck and got the bottom of the pile and it doesn’t happen again.
