Rubio Monocoat - Oil Plus 2C (Part B) - Accelerator

I love the color and the eco-qyuality of the product, but I did not obtain a result that resembled what I saw in the numerous online instruction videos, namely about the final sheen and hardness. I did not expect a lot of sheen, but...I used this product on linden wood, in the Oyster+Belgian Blue colors (I mixed them myself), and then added the accelerator as instructed in a 3 (color) for 1 (accelerator) proportion. The result was very pasty and tacky, and did not dry, and remained very matte. I tried buffing a lot, with the same result. Now I am letting everything cure, hoping I will be able to wipe the kitchen counters in a normal way after installation!

I picked this up as my original bottle in the combo kit dried up. This one is much easier to open and re-seal than the larger ones included in the combo kit.
