3400 - Edge Banding Set
Used for solid wood edge banding with plywood, the first bit in this two piece set is used to cut a groove into the edge of your plywood workpiece allowing for the second bit to cut your solid wood to fit into the groove.
Ordered this after using a flight trim straight bit to make some arms for a chair. The straight bit grabbed the arm and kicked it back. This bit is so much smoother and safer as the cutting action isn’t directed entirely in one direction. Finish is much better too. Final part hardly needs sanding.
Only complaint was having to pay $20 for shipping for such a small package. I only ordered the router bit.
