I was a little disappointed at first when I saw some live edge and a knot in the wood that would mean I would not get 2 of the particular carvings as intended. However, when I found it to be the best wood I’ve ever carved I immediately felt a lot happier. The quality of the basswood you sell is outstanding. I will be ordering more even though not as clear as I had hoped.

At first I was a little disappointed. The block of would had a rather large knot in it, which can’t be carved, and some live edge that was not useful for my projects. However, after I started carving with a piece of this wood it is, by far, the best basswood I’ve ever worked with and will buy ALL my basswood from KJP in the future as will my friends. A big thank you to KJP!
