In order to lock the bracket system into place, we prefer using set screws on the bottom of the bracket. We prefer to use 5/16 - #18 set screws for best results.
We recommend using the HOVR Installation Bit Pack for Taper Bit and Drill Bit to install these set screws.

The oak is perfect for me to make an attractive hi-end drawer organizer for my junk drawer.
Great hard dense wood for a variety of uses. Very happy with the quality from KJP. I assume they run this stuff through a drum sander or a wide belt because it is buttery smooth.
I'd tried a few other sources (online and craft stores) for a quality acrylic with decent protective covering that stays on when cutting with a CNC router. One was acceptable, the other was brittle and the protective film on it didn't stay intact when cutting.
KJP out of the blue brought this stuff out and so I bought a 12x24 sheet of the 1/8" thickness to give it a whirl. My machine cut it like butter - crisp lines and the protective covering stayed put. This is incredible material and we'll be ordering lots more in the coming weeks and months.
