Cutting Board Package - Offcuts

A budget friendly version of our standard hardwood cutting board pack!

This package includes pre-cut blanks of 1-5/8" Maple, Cherry, and Walnut so you can easily create your own 12" x 10" wide cutting board. These blanks are graded B, but with a little work they will provide you with a beautiful and unique cutting board. The main difference is they are mixed blanks and not a standardized blend of all three species. You can expect them to have a small crack/tear out/void but a clean side to make a G1S board.

The blanks have been dimensioned (planed and jointed) on all 4 sides so they are smooth and ready for gluing and clamping. Use your creative vision to make a cutting board that will bring a sense of pride to the next meal you prepare!

Dimensions can be +/- 1/4" of size listed.

We recommend using Titebond III Ultimate Wood Glue for a sturdy and waterproof bond between your cutting board blanks. If you want a mess-free application, we also recommend using the Titebond Glue Brush to make the process a little easier. 

We recommend using Honey Bee's Natural Wood Cream for a long lasting and food safe finish. Made with only 2 ingredients - pure beeswax and 100% food grade mineral oil - this soft paste is easy to spread and will protect and enhance the natural beauty of your next creation.

Select wood packs

All of the wood was gorgeous. Purple Heart, maple, walnut, partial of it was in great shape. The only problem was the one box with all the 4’x6” boards. Both ends had come open. Don’t know if it was rough handling g by shipper or someone wanted to see what was so dammed heavy. No damege to wood, only the box.
I will refer and reorder when the time comes for more timber
