Our craft plywood is pressed onto both the top and bottom faces of the fibreboard (MDF) core. We take the time to sort and ensure at least one face will be defect free. The bottom face is usually defect free as well - but it could include a small blemish or putty repair in some cases.

Last few years I've enjoyed scroll saw projects. I dont have a lot of big tools to work with so using special woods that need any milling isn't possible. So baltic birch was the choice. Then I found KJP and their craft plywood in walnut, oak or cherry and some specialty woods. They cut great and look fantastic.
The first time I tried cutting this on a Glowforge pro, I used thick walnut plywood and four passes didn't cut through at all. The second time I used thick walnut plywood and changed the speed to 116. Cut like a charm on first pass! I used this setting for all of the newer oak and exotic craft woods 1/4 inch thick, and worked great!

I love the materials I received, it is even better than I was expecting, I only with there was more information on how the material is made, and maybe some laser settings for starting out.
