5980 - Shaker Style Raised Panel
This Shaker Style Raised Panel set comes with three bearings (B3, B7, B8) to change the length of the tongue. A Hex key is included, and the bit is made with a 15° pattern.
Ordered this after using a flight trim straight bit to make some arms for a chair. The straight bit grabbed the arm and kicked it back. This bit is so much smoother and safer as the cutting action isn’t directed entirely in one direction. Finish is much better too. Final part hardly needs sanding.
Only complaint was having to pay $20 for shipping for such a small package. I only ordered the router bit.
