EcoPoxy FlowCast
FlowCast is a high performance, commercial grade epoxy that cures to a clear, UV resistant glass-like finish.
FlowCast is a 100%-solids, two-component epoxy formulated for a long gel time. It has low exothermic heat buildup and cures to a crystal-clear solid that resists stress cracking. Perfect for casting and see-through encapsulation, accentuating and magnifying the objects within. It can be poured up to 1.5 inches depending on volume and cures to a water-like appearance.

How To Use FlowCast
In a clean, dry container; combine (by volume) 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener, and mix thoroughly for 2 minutes. Then add desired pigments, continuing to mix until the epoxy is completely colored. After mixing, pour the epoxy into your mold. See our Knowledge Base for more detailed tutorials.
Repouring Between Coats
Possible between 25 - 48 hours providing the previous pour is firm but still tacky. Once tack-free it is necessary to sand between layers to ensure proper adhesion
Recommended Storage
55ºF. through 85ºF. with tightly sealed lids
This material is a game-changer in the world laser engraving! The quality of the plywood is exceptional, with a perfectly smooth, perfectly flat surface (no surprise here) that makes it a joy to work with. The finish feels a little plastic, but I understand it’s an acrylic coating over the maple fibre, which I love. Even laser-fog burn marks wipe off with a damp cloth — no masking needed. The maple grain is pronounced and it cuts cleanly and sands beautifully. 100% will purchase again.
These work well with my Festool 125 RO in the fine mode as they leave no sanding marks compared to non festool discs.
Very satisfied....the oak grain was beautiful...milling was A1 and glued together with no problems....will buy from here again
