SB SCREW - Spoilboard Cutter
A replacement insert screw to hold the carbide inserts in place on Whiteside's large CNC Spoilboard Surfacing bits.
Ordered this after using a flight trim straight bit to make some arms for a chair. The straight bit grabbed the arm and kicked it back. This bit is so much smoother and safer as the cutting action isn’t directed entirely in one direction. Finish is much better too. Final part hardly needs sanding.
Only complaint was having to pay $20 for shipping for such a small package. I only ordered the router bit.

The walnut is of very good quality, has a tight, dense grain structure and receives stains very well. I lived at home with a black walnut tree in the front yard and marveled at the massive bulk and strength of these trees. I am impressed with the product you have sent and look forward to incorporating it into my projects.
