Excellent service and beautiful oak plywood

I called because my daughter was going to Ottawa. It was last minute, but they were able to cut for us to bring back plywood that same day!

Issues with cuts

The plywood sheet was good however the requested cuts were off. I asked for the 4 x 8 sheet to be cut down to 46.5" and then that piece cut in half so that I could glue up a tabletop using both pieces. I should have had two even pieces however the kerf of the blade was not accounted for and I had one piece that was on average 1/8 - 1/4" larger. I say on average because the cut was not square, it was angled. The original cut to 46.5" was also angled and not 90 degrees. I had to resaw the wood to make it square and even. I was trying to avoid that at home because I was worried about damaging the sheet on my own small table saw. I get better cuts from home depot. I expect better from a professional wood shop and this piece of plywood cost nearly $200 for the sheet with tax in. I will be ordering more sheets but I need you guys to square up your tablesaw fences and/or be more attentive.
