We will provide you with a high quality turning blank in the dimensions of your choice. This blank has already been kiln dried and is ready to be "turned" into your next great project! We recommend using Honey Bee's Natural Wood Cream for a long lasting and food safe finish.
We can sometimes accommodate a larger blank than our standard sizes. Please email us for availability and a quote.
Dimensions may vary +/- 1/4" as we often prefer to lightly skip dress the turning blanks to reveal grain & colour. Some blanks may also come with waxed faces and ends.

Heartwood is a light brown or cream color with dark blackish brown streaks vaguely resembling a zebra’s stripes. Depending on whether the wood is flatsawn or quartersawn, the stripes can be either chaotic and wavy (flatsawn), or somewhat uniform (quartersawn).

Just nice to work with it.
We loved the zebra wood we received. When we’ve ordered zebra wood in the past it was much darker in colour. This lighter coloured zebra wood really showed off the darker grain throughout. Beautiful!
