I whittle small pieces and it has been difficult to find a nice soft carving wood. The five pieces were really nice, only one knot. It carves beautifully. Thanks.
The butternut blocks I received ( 2”x2”x6”) were top quality. Great grain and hold detail very well.

Lives up to the “TruFlat” name, even for larger pieces. Ideal for the larger bed of my xTool P3 and I’m getting consistently great results. Contrast with engraving on lighter boards with MDF looks incredible. Any residue easily wipes away with a damp cloth. Great product!!!
Laser cuts great but engraves poorly as appears to scratches surface layer off. This makes engraved areas poor visibile
A how to info would help if a person is not familiar with glue ups and prep of different oily woods
